Dum Aloo

Another tasty Indian dish that is mouth watering is the Dum Aloo. Take small potatoes and peel them off. Prick the peeled potatoes with fork or toothpick. Boil the potatoes for 3 minutes in a pot. Now heat the oil in a pan, and fry them up. Make a fine paste of onions, tomatoes, and cashews. Heat the cardamom and sauté bay leaf in the oil. Also, fry the ginger garlic paste till the raw smell has gone away. Now add the onion paste and sauté till the raw smell has fled away. Add chili powder, turmeric, salt, and garam masala to it. Heat for 2 minutes and add curd and sauté till the mixture turns thick.

Anda Curry

All you have to do is heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste. Sauté for few minutes till the onions change colors. After the onions are fried, you must add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Boil the curry with eggs for few minutes till you see the eggs coated with the curry.

MethiPakora
